Getting Started
How do I create an account?
Click 'Get Started' and choose whether you're a business or agency. Complete the registration form with your business details.
How do I post my first shift?
After creating your account, click 'Post a Shift' from your dashboard. Enter the role, date, time, location, and any requirements.
How long does verification take?
Business accounts are typically verified within 24 hours. Agency verification may take 2-3 business days.
Booking Workers
How does matching work?
When you post a shift, our algorithm matches it with available workers based on skills, ratings, location, and availability.
Can I request specific workers?
Yes, Shift+ subscribers can add workers to their favorites list and request them for future shifts.
How far in advance can I book?
You can post shifts up to 30 days in advance, or as short notice as same-day (subject to availability).
Time Tracking & Check-in
How does GPS check-in work?
Workers check in via the Shift.mt app when they arrive. GPS verifies they're at your venue location before the shift starts.
What if a worker is late?
You'll receive a notification if a worker hasn't checked in by the shift start time. Late arrivals are recorded and affect the worker's rating.
How accurate is the time tracking?
GPS check-in is accurate to within 50 meters. Check-in and check-out times are recorded to the minute.
Billing & Payments
When do I get invoiced?
Invoices are generated weekly, covering all shifts completed in the previous week. Payment is due within 7 days.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer, credit card, and direct debit. Contact us for other payment arrangements.
How do I download invoices?
All invoices are available in your dashboard under 'Billing'. You can download PDF invoices for your records.
