How does the €2/hour fee work?
For every hour your booked worker works, we charge a €2 platform fee on top of the worker's hourly rate. This covers matching, verification, time tracking, and payment processing.
When should I consider Shift+?
If you book more than 74 hours of staffing per month, Shift+ will likely save you money. The subscription removes the per-hour fee entirely.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes. You can upgrade to Shift+ anytime and your subscription starts immediately. You can also cancel anytime and return to Pay As You Go.
How do payments work?
We invoice weekly for all completed shifts. Pay As You Go customers pay the worker rate plus platform fees. Shift+ customers only pay worker rates.
What about agencies?
Agencies use Shift.mt completely free. No subscription fees, no commission. Contact us for agency partnership details.
Is there a minimum commitment?
